Position: Bilingual Senior Executive Assistant
Competitive Salary
Location: St-Laurent, Quebec
Hybrid: This role will be primarily remote (75%) with the requirement to come on site as needed. The initial training period ( a few weeks) will be on site shadowing with the current
EA for knowledge transfer.
Work schedule: 8:30-5pm however must be very flexible for emergencies and able to adapt when the leader is traveling i.e. to Europe.

Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support including, but not limited to: manage calendar, set up of different meetings, arrange travel, process expense reports, monitor emails.
• Follow-up on tasks or emails that require action/approvals/follow ups.
• Prepare items for regular discussions.
• Prepare & submit all Expense reports, file and track invoices as required.
• Manage and archive files, including all emails.
• Review and pay invoices, log all invoices and do monthly follow through.
• Manage activities related to all boards.
• Provide general administrative support for Board and Consultancy meetings.
• Preforms all tasks and/or projects requested.
Qualifications
• Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
• Unimpeachable judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• High energy level.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Great attention to detail and extremely organized with a strong sense of urgency.
• Self-directed, independent, and proactive work ethic; strong sense of ownership and follow through skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and knows how to prioritize these tasks.
• “Can-do” attitude & a desire to learn new things.
• Thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Punctual, have flexibility to work beyond business hours as needed and hybrid.
• Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Requires 5+ years of experience supporting executives in corporate environment - ideally in a global setting.
