We're searching for a Bilingual Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role as a business partner to our operations teams across Canada. In this role, you'll be the financial backbone to multiple branches, collaborating with both finance and operational leadership. You’ll work out of a centralized national support hub and be surrounded by a talented team of fellow analysts and accountants, all aligned to deliver high-impact results.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the financials for multiple branches — accuracy, timeliness, and integrity are your game.
- Preparing weekly and ad hoc operational reports for leadership review.
- Helping operations teams understand their numbers and improve decision-making.
- Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting across branches and legal entities.
- Analyzing results, identifying trends, and presenting findings to leadership.
- Leading the annual business planning process for your assigned regions.
- Ensuring accounting policies are followed and proactively spotting opportunities for improvement.
-Collaborating with your peers to ensure consistency and best practices across the country.
-Supporting external audits and tax filings.
-Working closely with Quebec entities — so yes, French is essential.
Qualifications
- A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CPA designation (completed or nearly completed).
- 3–4 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
- Strong command of both English and French (written and verbal).
- Advanced Excel skills (think pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).
- ERP experience
- Experience in retail or multi-site operations is a definite asset.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving savvy, and great communication skills.
