Location: Montreal QC, Mississauga ON, Moncton NB(with priority in Montreal), 4 days/week in office(however currently remote)
Working hours: 9 am to 5pm

Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires across company
Lead proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top Insurance talent
Build and maintain high-potential pipelines through regular coffee chats, networking
meetings, and attending industry events
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs as a strategic talent advisor, providing market
insights and consultative guidance on talent acquisition strategies
Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment efficiency, process
design, and best hiring practices
Champion exceptional candidate experience and uphold brand in every
interaction
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including employer brand, onboarding,
operations etc. to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
Qualifications
5-7 years of progressive recruitment experience up to Executive/Managing Director
level, ideally within Insurance, Wealth Management, Banking & Financial Services
Proven ability to build strategic, proactive pipelines through consistent outreach and
networking
Strong business acumen with deep understanding of Insurance roles and competitive
talent dynamics
Well-networked in the financial services space, with the ability to tap into both active and
passive talent pools
Experience with recruitment tools such as Phenom, LinkedIn, Workday
Knowledge of best hiring practices
Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with company partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.
