As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all daily warehouse activities, manage performance metrics, and collaborate internationally to deliver scalable and reliable distribution services.

Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff while fostering a positive, high-performance culture (note: interviews and team communication will be primarily in Mandarin).
- Inventory Control: Maintain a 99.95%+ inventory accuracy rate through regular audits, cycle counts, and system reconciliations.
- Safety & Compliance: Champion a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with customer service, suppliers, and carriers to ensure seamless on-time fulfillment.
- Process Improvement: Optimize warehouse layout for storage density and identify opportunities for workflow automation.
Qualifications
What are we looking for in a candidate?
- Experience: 5+ years of proven warehouse management or supervisory experience.
- Language: Fully bilingual in Mandarin and English (required for customer communication and team interviews).
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient with WMS, ERP systems (such as SAP), and Microsoft Excel.
- Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business is preferred; must hold a valid Forklift certification and a valid driver's license.
- Physical & Environmental: Ability to adapt to varying warehouse conditions and drive physical process improvements on the floor.
