Your Role & Impact

- Managing seamless shipping, receiving, product storage, and precise inventory control.
- Planning daily workloads to hit productivity targets and fulfill critical customer service commitments.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient reception, handling, distribution, and storage of freight and supplies.
Lead, train, and schedule a team of warehouse employees to achieve KPI targets and maintain high work standards.
Ensure all production orders are shipped on time, adhering to customer service level agreements and delivery schedules.
Manage inventory control processes using Warehouse Management Systems and ensure compliance with customer standard operating procedures.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing corporate safety policies, WHMIS protocols, and proper equipment maintenance.
Handle customer correspondence and support administrative tasks, including billing and expense reporting.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE: 1-2 years of proven leadership/supervisory experience strictly within a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) environment plus a minimum of 2-3 years of direct work experience in a warehouse or supply chain position.
Solid understanding of warehouse operations, documentation, transportation management, and Warehouse Management Systems.
WHMIS training, Valid Forklift Certificate (with the ability to safely operate cargo-moving machinery), and a strong commitment to safety (a TDG Certificate is considered an asset).
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and project management skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and physically handle items up to 50 lbs in an active setting (standing, bending, lifting).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
High School Diploma (or greater).
