Responsibilities
Ensure the effective and timely delivery of tasks, according to the department’s objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Support management with the standardization, automation, and simplification of processes and procedures
Develop approach and templates to enhance performance
Support Order to Cash areas with accurate records and validation of billing document corrections related to delivery discrepancies, returns, and pricing investments
Monitor and track daily transactions to ensure efficient and accurate processing in SAP
Manage account receivables related to sales corrections

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or an equivalent quantitative education.
Experience: At least 1 year of work experience in a reputable & large organization.
Excel Mastery: Must have advanced Excel skills (analyst should be able to solve difficult business problems using Excel with limited training).
Technical Assets: Narro IQ, VBA, or Python knowledge is an asset.
Software Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP, PowerBI, & Salesforce is an asset.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to regular communication with internal and external stakeholders across Canada and internationally.
