Responsibilities
Billing cycle management:
Issue customer invoices (2 hours/day, 4-5 batches/day)
Accounts receivable follow-up with customers (emails, phone, credit card debits) (1 hour/day, +/- 50 active customer follow-ups)
EDI orders:
Retrieval of EDI orders from a platform
Transfer to sales representatives
Order entry as required
EDI invoice entry (1 hour/day)
Registration of customer cash receipts in the system:
Validation of payments received automatically via Versapay (equivalent to 1 ½ days/week)
Preparation of bank deposits (1/2 hour/week)
Declarations of beverage deposits (1x/month, 2 hours)
Management of suppliers and payables:
Entry of employee payroll information (compile data, enter leave, edit pay stubs) (2 blocks of 4 hours/month in Sage software)
Record employee expense allowances (2 blocks of 4 hours/month)
Enter supplier invoices into the system (+/- 10 per day)
Recording and reconciliation of credit card transactions (equivalent to 2 days/month)
Preparing and issuing promotional claims to suppliers (4 hours/month)
Qualifications
- At least 3 years' experience in a billing and accounts receivable position
- Dynamic, resourceful and a strong problem-solver
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (World and Excel)
- Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken. We have customers across Canada who are exclusively English-speaking.
