• Conduct regular analysis and evaluation of field vendor performance, including SLA trends and root cause analysis.
• Create statistical reports for service call trend analysis.
• Collaborate with management and specialists to achieve Service Delivery KPIs.
• Develop presentations and communicate information to stakeholders.
• Ensure business operations adhere to internal risk/compliance guidelines and external regulations.
• Continuously enhance knowledge and expertise in the field.
• Prioritize and manage workload to deliver quality results and meet deadlines.
• Support a positive work environment.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Build relationships with business and technology partners and project managers.
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education (diploma or degree).
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), analytical thinking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Relationship building skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Electronic Payment devices/Point of Sale systems, MFOCUS and BASE 24 is an asset.
