Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough data analysis to extract actionable insights and inform decision-making processes, utilizing tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms to generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Facilitate change management activities by assessing the impact of proposed solutions on stakeholders and implementing effective communication strategies to promote adoption and mitigate resistance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform rigorous testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure functionality, usability, and adherence to business requirements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitating defect resolution as needed.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and process guides, to support end-users in understanding and utilizing implemented solutions effectively, delivering tailored training sessions and workshops to promote user adoption and proficiency.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the healthcare sector within British Columbia, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges, regulations, and best practices.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification preferred, showcasing a commitment to excellence and mastery of business analysis principles, methodologies, and techniques.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business processes, data sets, and systems requirements, utilizing analytical tools and techniques to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a track record of successfully navigating challenges, resolving issues, and driving innovative solutions in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
