Responsibilities
Facilitate interactive discovery workshops with cross-functional teams to map current-state workflows and align stakeholders.
Document end-to-end operational processes, defining clear roles, responsibilities (RACI matrices), handoff points, and control checkpoints.
Conduct gap analyses using evidence-based insights to highlight operational friction and propose practical optimization strategies.
Produce and maintain clear project deliverables, including process maps, gap assessments, action plans, and recommendations.
Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into actionable business context to foster seamless communication between IT and business partners.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent field experience.
2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with prior exposure to cybersecurity environments (e.g., SOC, vulnerability management, security operations, or incident response).
Fluency in French with intermediate English communication skills.
Solid understanding of Lean/Agile methodologies and ITIL framework; experience with ServiceNow is a strong asset.
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently.
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
