The company is undergoing rapid growth driven by mergers and acquisitions (M&A). In this dynamic setting, the primary objective of the mandate is to harmonize the business processes of newly acquired entities with those of the group. The main challenge lies in managing complex cross-functional dependencies (Legal, Contracts, Infrastructure, etc.) and providing operational support to teams navigating change.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Mapping and Optimization: Analyze, document, and model existing (as-is) and target (to-be) business processes while proposing concrete optimizations to streamline operations.
Change Management (Process Stream): Guide business units through the adoption of new processes and act as a bridge between operational units and IT, collaborating closely with change management specialists.
Dependency Management: Navigate organizational complexities (legal services, contract management, infrastructure, etc.) to resolve roadblocks and ensure smooth delivery of integration initiatives.
Operational Support: Track and manage cross-departmental requests and tickets using ServiceNow.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Languages: Full bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken, required to interact daily with U.S. and international subsidiaries.
Experience: Solid experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on process management and optimization (Business Process Analyst).
Key Skills: Demonstrated ability to grasp the "big picture" and apply it within an M&A context.
Tools: Proficiency or familiarity with ServiceNow for operational tracking.
