Responsibilities
• Coordinate annual disaster recovery testing activities, schedules, readiness reviews, and post-test remediation tracking across technology and business units.
• Facilitate application criticality assessments and business impact assessments with system owners to determine recovery metrics.
• Maintain disaster recovery plans, operational playbooks, issue logs, and action registers to support compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to display resiliency performance metrics for leadership.
• Track vulnerability remediation activities and support risk management follow-up efforts across technical teams.
• Document operational workflows, system dependencies, and process maps to improve disaster recovery consistency.
• Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to communicate recovery requirements and bring resistant groups along during program changes.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience serving as a Business Analyst, Governance Analyst, or Program Analyst.
• Proven hands-on experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools in Power BI.
• Strong working knowledge of disaster recovery concepts, business continuity principles, or cyber security frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, gathering functional requirements, and producing process documentation.
• Relevant certification such as CBAP, CBCP, ITIL Foundation, PMP, CAPM, or a recognized risk management designation.
