...
In this key hybrid role, you will support and evolve the enterprise real estate technology ecosystem by acting as a crucial bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams. This position is ideal for a hands-on, systems-focused Business Analyst who enjoys digging directly into workflow-driven applications to understand process logic, system states, and module behavior. Your primary focus will be supporting the modernization of the platform—analyzing how business processes should run, identifying opportunities to leverage standard out-of-the-box (OOTB) configurations, and translating complex operational needs into highly structured functional specifications.
Duration: 3-Month Contract (High potential for extension and permanent conversion based on performance)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days per week on-site at the corporate office, 1 day work from home)
Advantages
High Extension & Conversion Potential: Establish your footprint within a prominent financial institution with a direct path toward contract extension or permanent team placement.
Modernization & Scale: Work directly on high-impact initiatives transforming corporate real estate operations, managing complex systems that support thousands of physical assets.
Figma-to-Workflow Strategy: Collaborate with technical architects to drive configuration strategies, learning how to balance standard out-of-the-box software capabilities against custom business logic.
Supportive & Resource-Rich Culture: Partner with a mature tech squad that utilizes structured Agile practices, comprehensive tooling, and shared best practices.
Responsibilities
Requirement Elicitation & Process Engineering
Structured Analysis: Lead and execute a disciplined business analysis approach to plan, elicit, analyze, map, and govern system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Workshops: Facilitate discovery workshops, process walkthroughs, and interviews to probe, challenge, clarify, and validate requirements with business and technical teams.
Future-State Design: Analyze and document current-state business processes. Partner with engineering to design clean future-state workflows that leverage platform best practices and reduce excessive customization.
Functional Specification: Translate high-level business goals into functional requirements, system-level descriptions, approval matrixes, and lifecycle process flows.
Risk Management, Governance & QA Support
Platform Alignment: Assess how configuration updates function across different platform modules, ensuring downstream dependencies, assumptions, and scope limits are fully tracked.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and manage requirements-related delivery risks, anticipating operational impacts and business-readiness bottlenecks.
Testing & Validation Support: Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to review test scenarios, assist with system integration testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, and triage technical defects.
Agile Tool Management: Utilize Jira and Confluence to maintain exact backlog transparency, progress tracking, and documentation traceabilities.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of progressive professional experience operating as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst (BSA) within a large-scale corporate environment.
Workflow Engine Depth: Proven, hands-on experience working directly within workflow-driven enterprise applications or case-management engines (e.g., Pega, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or BPM tools).
System Logic Fluency: Solid understanding of system-driven behaviors, including nested process flows, conditional approvals, lifecycle states, and the operational trade-offs of custom code versus out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality.
Documentation Excellence: Demonstrated ability to author high-quality, professional technical documentation, including visual process flows, swimlane diagrams, and structured system-level descriptions.
Agile Integration: Active working experience within Agile or hybrid delivery environments, leveraging Jira and Confluence to track tasks and house documentation.
Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an acute attention to detail. A self-directed professional who can move comfortably between high-level business requirements and granular system perspectives.
