Responsibilities
• Collaborating closely with project managers, product owners, project coordinators, and change management teams to ensure alignment of business analysis activities with project goals and objectives
• Employing Excel/Jira for tracking project activities, maintaining transparency and accountability within project teams
• Liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Organizing stakeholder engagement sessions as required
• Producing clear and concise documentation for stakeholders
• Supporting project coordinators in tracking project activities, facilitating communication among team members, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
• Identifying, logging, and tracking potential risks and issues related to the project
• Collecting and analyzing project metrics and provide regular progress reports to the project manager and stakeholders
• Supporting projects in maintaining project schedule, work plans, and other metrics as required
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years' experience working in BC Health Authorities
• Minimum 1 year experience working with the BC Ministry of Health (MoH)
• Minimum 1 year experience working in an Agile environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including developing agendas, leading meetings, supporting the group to stay on track, and facilitating collaboration
• Experience supporting project managers in overseeing multiple projects, ensuring updates are provided and deadlines are met
• Ability to act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to facilitate communication and collaboration
• Experience supporting large-scale projects, such as system implementations or large-scale upgrades
• Proficiency in SharePoint for managing project artifacts and Excel/Jira for tracking project activities
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced, Agile environment
• Strong analytical skills, especially in dealing with healthcare data, to support data-driven decision-making
