Act as a liaison with various stakeholders including marketing and promotion teams to ensure messaging consistency.
Actively support development teams throughout the delivery cycle via refinement workshops and answering functional queries.

Contribute to quality assurance by designing realistic test scenarios adapted to the daily reality of financial advisors.
Produce and evolve rigorous business documentation tailored to a large-scale transformation context.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
Concrete experience within an insurance company paired with an in-depth understanding of life insurance and underwriting processes.
Highly analytical mindset with a strong ability to work in minute detail while maintaining a value-oriented big picture.
Excellent analytical, synthesis, and complex problem-solving skills.
Strong comfort level collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated ability to leverage artificial intelligence as a support tool to optimize daily business analysis workflows.
Flawless mastery of spoken and written French.
Advanced level of English is required to interact effectively with various English-speaking subsidiaries and vendors.
**Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties.
