• Review and analyze existing processes and engage with stakeholders to review efficiency and identify opportunities to reduce operating and/or maintenance costs
• Document the adequacy of requirements and chosen solutions
• Ensure that requirements are understood and usable by development teams or external suppliers
• Define test scenarios with business lines
• Organize and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) meetings
• Document future processes and prepare training materials
• Coordinate team training with business lines when required
• Lead or participate in change management activities
• Create and maintain communication channels with end users and ensure solution adoption
• Continuously work to improve the department's existing working methods.
WHAT YOU NEED:
5+ years of experience as a business analyst
Hold a certificate in business analysis (major asset)
Have participated in the full life cycle of at least two (2) PLM tools and process implementation projects
Bachelor's degree in information systems management, business, engineering, or other related field
Ability to communicate easily and influence at all hierarchical levels and in a multidisciplinary and matrix context
Excellent teamwork skills
Work in a structured manner and attention to detail
Analytical thinking and a problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
Priority management and flexibility in tasks and new challenges
Strong ability to adapt to change
Knowledge of BPMN, Visio, Office suite required
Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar transportation sector (from ideation to delivery) is a major asset
Ability to work effectively in a French-language workplace
Advanced level of written and oral English to communicate with internal and external suppliers, read documentation, estimated at approximately 30-40% of their time.
