Responsibilities
• Contribute to the technical evaluation of the project
• Compile data from customers
• Create integration diagrams using Cacoo/Visio software
• Conduct data review and analysis
• Determine customer needs based on data analysis
• Communicate analysis results and make recommendations to customers (technical specifications)
• Preparation of Prouf of concept (PoC)
• Carry out the complete implementation process
• Act as a resource person for customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Answer customer questions and resolve any issues (Level 2)
• Provide support and training for the various solutions installed (call taking, emails, customer contacts)
Qualifications
• Computer Science Technology
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of system and network administration
• Bilingualism
• Server / Sql Management / Scripting / ODBC Managem
• Excellent customer service skills
