Prospect and close new enterprise accounts across customs brokerage, warehouse solutions, parcel, and freight.
Conduct needs assessments to present customized, end-to-end supply chain strategies to importers, 3PLs, and e-commerce brands.
Conduct site tours and walk prospects through operational workflows.
Collaborate with internal operations to ensure smooth customer onboarding and account retention.
Maintain accurate sales activities, account metrics, and pipeline stages within the CRM.
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of demonstrated B2B sales success within the Canadian logistics or freight forwarding sector.
Proven track record of cold outreach, territory development, and deal closing. Willingness to sell a comprehensive suite of logistics solutions rather than focusing on a single product.
Strong English communication skills and a valid passport for potential cross-border client travel.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup-like environment.

This is a full-time, on-site sales position located in Mississauga, ON, offering a base salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 (commensurate with specialized domain background) plus uncapped commission. You will lead full-cycle outbound business development across North American markets. Candidates must bring a minimum of 2 years in B2B logistics sales with a hunter mindset.
