Responsibilities
Maintain and expand relationships with existing industrial and manufacturing client accounts (95% account cultivation & wallet share expansion).
Identify, target, and convert strategic new growth opportunities within key verticals such as Food & Beverage and heavy industrial manufacturing.
Collaborate closely with internal technical and operational leadership to align project capabilities with client operational needs.
Manage full commercial discussions, proposal strategies, and contract negotiations.
Act as an outgoing brand ambassador, representing the organization at client site visits, executive lunches, and industry events.
Maintain active travel (~20–30%) across regional job sites and broader North American accounts.
Qualifications
5+ years of proven business development, account management, or client engagement experience within engineering consulting, industrial services, or technical project sales.
Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and growing strategic accounts.
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Valid G-Class driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and valid passport for cross-border travel.
Outstanding interpersonal polish with the natural ability to entertain and build deep rapport with corporate client leaders.
Knowledge of plant asset management or CMMS systems (Maximo, SAP PM) is considered a strong asset.

The position is based in Mississauga under a hybrid model (3 days on-site/field) with up to 30% regional travel. Compensation includes a base salary of $125,000 – $140,000, plus a 16% bonus structure, equity purchasing, and full corporate benefits.
