Responsibilities
• Design and develop data models and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI and Azure data platforms.
• Create optimized, reusable data models using DAX and Power Query M for enterprise reporting.
• Build interactive dashboards, scorecards, and visual analytics tailored to specific business needs.
• Collaborate with business users, data architects, and data engineers to manage data pipelines.
• Gather reporting requirements and KPIs from various business units to translate into BI solutions.
• Implement data refresh strategies, row-level security, and performance tuning within Power BI Service.
• Integrate AI capabilities to automate data exploration, identify trends, and generate insights.
Qualifications
• Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Computer Science or a related field.
• Five years of experience designing advanced Power BI solutions and translating business requirements into BI tools.
• Five years of experience developing complex measures, calculated columns, and advanced time intelligence using DAX.
• Five years of experience using SQL for data transformations, querying, and analytical processing in large environments.
• Four years of experience implementing Power BI Service features like workspaces, data refreshes, and row-level security.
