Responsibilities
As an Operations Coordinator, your role will consist of:
• Ensuring rigorous follow-up with clients and national major account managers from post-sale through production until product delivery.
• Supporting teams during the SAP deployment.
• Coordinating manufacturing and maintaining the daily logistical link between the Chambly office and partner factories.
• Accurately transmitting technical specifications and production requirements to manufacturers and clients.
• Managing the shipping of samples to clients by air and validating their technical compliance before launching production.
• Preparing reports and designing PowerPoint presentations for meetings with strategic clients.
• Taking charge of the simultaneous coordination and follow-up of a multitude of projects.
• Supporting daily operations and bridging all internal teams during the official launch of new products.
• Actively participating in strategic meetings in person or via Teams to capture needs, take notes, and brainstorm.
• Ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and the full execution of defined action plans.
Qualifications
To become an Operations Coordinator, you must possess the required skills:
Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, lookup functions, and pivot tables.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint to develop clear, visual, and professional business presentation structures.
• Practical experience or strong learning agility with an ERP system.
• Ability to navigate and centralize tasks using modern project management software.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with local and international multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
• Relevant experience in administrative project coordination or executive support (5+ years) within the manufacturing, fabrication, and distribution sector.
• Highly structured and perfectly autonomous profile, demonstrating rigor and strong organizational skills.
