Responsibilities
• Assess the complete IT component of the current request for proposal process.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, duplicated efforts, and governance gaps.
• Facilitate workshops with IT and Supply teams to validate findings.
• Document the existing state and design a future state with clear roles.
• Propose practical improvements to templates, workflows, and governance.
• Support the implementation and trial of approved process changes.
• Produce final documentation including assessments and change recommendations.
Qualifications
• 10 or more years of experience leading business process reviews and improvements in complex organizations.
• 5 or more years of experience working in public sector, regulated, or policy-driven environments.
• 5 or more years of experience focused specifically on IT procurement and request for proposal development.
• Strong ability to analyze current workflows and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Excellent facilitation, interviewing, and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
