As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and functional specifications. You will work in close partnership with Product Owners, Architects, and Developers to translate complex business needs into technical reality. A significant portion of this role involves deep-technical documentation, including API mapping, data lineage, and system flow design to support modern banking infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Technical Translation: Transform high-level solutions from Architects into detailed requirements for Solution Designers and Developers.
- API Documentation & Mapping: Map user journeys to API actions, define error-handling scenarios, and maintain comprehensive documentation in Swagger/Postman.
- Data Integration: Drive the creation of Source-to-Target mapping (STM), business process flows, and support process flows.
- Agile Delivery: Lead the creation of Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria, ensuring all downstream teams have a holistic understanding of the requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Perform root-cause analysis on data quality issues and support testing teams by translating use cases into performance and UAT test conditions.
- Stakeholder Management: Build consensus between business and IT teams to resolve conflicts and secure technical sign-offs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong background in the Financial Services industry.
- Domain Expertise: Previous experience with Credit Banking or Business Banking applications is highly preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and Web Services. Advanced expertise in data mapping and data integration is a mandatory requirement.
- Data Analysis: Proven ability to investigate data quality issues and identify technical root causes.
- Methodology: Expert-level knowledge of Agile delivery practices and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Education: Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate in a related field.
