•Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project dependencies and risks (technology, procurement, business process) and develop robust mitigation plans.

•Ambiguity Management: Navigate "unknowns" by gathering information from various workstreams to define scope and direction.
Qualifications
•Experience: Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience, specifically within Global Markets or Equities.
•Subject Matter Expertise: Solid understanding of Trading knowledge and financial market infrastructure.
•Stakeholder Skills: Proven track record of managing high-level stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams.
•Education: Degree-level education is required.
•Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a high degree of comfort working in "grey areas" where processes may still be under development.
•Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in tracking, logging, documenting, and reporting project health via enterprise tools.
•Nice-to-Have: Prior experience or knowledge of Synthetic Prime services is a significant asset.
