What You’ll Do
Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials
Stage inventory, manage stock put-aways, and prepare outbound shipments
Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and maintain an organized workspace
What You Bring
Active, valid Forklift License
Proven warehouse equipment experience and solid safety record
Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities
Inventory Handling: Move, stack, and retrieve stock accurately.
Dock Operations: Load and unload trailers quickly to keep dock flow moving.
Order Fulfillment: Pick orders and replenish stock on schedule.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections.
Safety & Compliance: Follow facility protocols to maintain a hazard-free floor.
Team Collaboration: Partner with team members to hit daily production targets.
Qualifications
Active Licenses: Certified to operate Counterbalance, Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Reach, or Walkie equipment.
Safety Record: Demonstrated commitment to safe driving in high-volume environments.
Reliability: Proven history of strong attendance and daily punctuality.
Physical Fitness: Capable of standing for full shifts and repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs.
Availability: Ready for immediate, full-time work in Burlington, ON.
