Key Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely operate Reach Trucks for high-density order picking, rack storage, and stock put-aways.
Dock & Freight Operations: Unload inbound containers efficiently and stage outbound shipments.
Inventory Management: Use RF scanners to track inventory movement, audit stock locations, and maintain an organized aisle workspace.
Team Support: Assist with general warehouse tasks and material handling as needed.
What You Bring
Valid Certification: Active Reach Truck / Forklift license.
Proven Experience: 1+ years operating a Reach Truck in a busy warehouse setting.
Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and a safety-first mindset.
Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs periodically throughout the shift.

Responsibilities
Safely operate Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and RF scanners to accurately select and stage customer orders
Unload inbound freight containers and execute timely inventory put-aways into high-density storage racks
Process incoming/outgoing dock paperwork and prepare accurate documentation for courier shipments
Lift up to 50 lbs independently and maintain physical agility throughout the shift
Perform general warehouse, cleaning, and material handling duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
Active external Reach Truck license (Order Picker certification or experience is a plus)
Hands-on experience operating Order Picker, Raymond, and Crown Reach forklifts
Proven background preparing outbound shipments for major couriers (UPS, FedEx, Purolator)
Proficiency with RF scanners for accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment
