Responsibilities
• Create and execute practical change management deliverables that support process and system updates.
• Maintain change artifacts including impact assessments, engagement materials, presentations, and job aids.
• Facilitate interactive sessions such as workshops, alignment meetings, demos, and information briefings.
• Support supplier enablement activities including impact evaluation, onboarding guides, and adoption tracking.
• Engage directly with business and operational stakeholders to translate project changes into clear messaging.
• Review and refine communications for leadership and end users to guarantee consistency and clarity.
• Track change deliverables, action items, risks, and dependencies to maintain project timelines.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Change Management Analyst executing end-to-end change initiatives.
• Demonstrated track record of creating training materials, quick reference guides, and FAQs.
• Strong experience organizing and running stakeholder workshops, walkthroughs, and alignment sessions.
• Ability to work full-time on site 5 days per week in Edmonton.
• Background supporting supplier enablement or procurement transformation initiatives is preferred.
