Responsibilities
Convert strategic security architecture designs and frameworks into structured project milestones, clear execution plans, and actionable roadmaps.
Direct the end-to-end planning, coordination, and tracking of complex cybersecurity projects.
Facilitate alignment across cybersecurity, core IT operational units, and corporate business teams.
Adjust program scope and resource delivery plans in response to shifting organizational priorities, capacity constraints, and technical dependencies.
Lead steering committee meetings, stand-ups, and cross-team workshops to resolve blockers and mitigate delivery risks.
Synthesize technical findings from active deployments to refine enterprise security standards alongside architecture leads.
Provide executive stakeholders with transparent status reports, risk assessments, and decision-making metrics.
Assist leadership with resource forecasting and project budgeting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 7 years of hands-on experience delivering complex, multi-team technology initiatives.
At least 3 years of focused experience managing projects within information security or cybersecurity domains.
Proven track record within the financial services sector or another strictly regulated corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Advanced proficiency using Jira and Confluence for workflow tracking and documentation.
Native or professional-level fluency in French (spoken and written).
Assets & Preferred Credentials:
Recognized project management or agile credentials (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe).
Recognized cybersecurity designations (CISSP, CISM, or CRISC).
Direct experience partnering with enterprise security architecture teams.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
