Working alongside a cross-functional team of approximately 10 professionals, you will hold a dynamic hybrid role combining structured project delivery with Agile facilitation. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, transparent reporting, and effective budget management.

Responsibilities
Establish project boundaries and scope in conjunction with business partners and technical delivery teams.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) while serving as Scrum Master.
Organize and support the daily output of a multidisciplinary team (~10 members) to maintain focus on priority goals.
Manage financial health, capacity planning, quarterly forecasting, and estimate effort remaining for each project.
Proactively detect potential project bottlenecks and formulate mitigation strategies before impacts occur.
Generate progress metrics, status reports, and presentation materials for leadership decision-making.
Build and sustain collaborative networks across internal departments and third-party vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 6 years of hands-on experience coordinating or managing IT projects tied to business units.
Demonstrated proficiency in Agile practices and proven experience operating as a Scrum Master (certification is a strong asset).
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a track record as a unifier, strong negotiator, and team motivator.
Action-oriented mindset focused on anticipating challenges and delivering practical solutions.
Bilingualism in French and English.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written).
