ing the complete lifecycle of automotive glass insurance claims. As a Claims Manager – AMF Licensed Claims Adjuster (Division IV), you will serve as the primary intermediary between clients, insurance partners, and participating repair centers to ensure the swift, accurate, and professional resolution of all files. This specialized position within our business administration sector demands a high degree of autonomy and decision-making capability.
Because our client does not have a claims supervisor available to oversee a probationary period, we are strictly looking for fully certified professionals who can hit the ground running without supervision from day one. Our client conducts business in Canada and on a global/international scale, in the United States and in other countries. The company takes all reasonable measures to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and when its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfill these functions. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to communicate with English-speaking clients, partners, and employees located outside of Quebec on a daily or regular basis, and to cover a territory that extends beyond Quebec, requiring communication with clients and consumers who do not speak French. Randstad Professional: Find the right job, love what you do, and develop your career. With access to a wide range of roles with top employers, a global community of professional peers, and specialized training and support, we’ll be your guiding partner and help you build a rewarding career.
Advantages
• Geographic flexibility: based in Blainville or 100% remote work if not located nearby.
• Permanent, full-time position based in Blainville providing excellent long-term career stability.
• Dynamic, modern, and collaborative corporate environment.
• Highly autonomous and rewarding role within the corporate business administration sector.
• Opportunity to develop highly sought-after, niche expertise in automotive glass claims management across Canada.
• Competitive working conditions with frequent interactions with corporate leadership and the public.
• Dedicated, ongoing guidance and support from the expert recruitment team at Randstad Professional
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage automotive insurance claims from initial intake through to final settlement, adhering strictly to AMF Division IV standards.
• Review, analyze, and validate the compliance of invoices, automotive parts, labor hours, and supporting technical files.
• Respond courteously, promptly, and professionally to inbound calls from clients and participating network repair facilities.
• Proactively investigate and resolve complex billing discrepancies, claims exceptions, and documentation gaps.
• Maintain meticulously accurate claim files and ensure all internal business administration databases are updated in real time.
• Ensure full compliance with insurer programs, specific pricing agreements, and Quebec provincial regulations.
• Work closely with internal business administration departments and external stakeholders across the national automotive network.
Qualifications
• Hold a valid and active AMF license as a Claims Adjuster (Division IV – Damage Insurance) or as an Automotive Damage Appraiser.
• Must provide official proof of a valid, active AMF certification with no restrictions prior to hiring (mandatory prerequisite).
• Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in insurance claims handling, technical analysis, or management within the automotive sector.
• Demonstrate expert-level fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) due to daily out-of-province business interactions.
• Exhibit outstanding attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, absolute reliability, and ethical professional judgment.
• Proven ability to work 100% autonomously without direct supervision in a fast-paced virtual environment.
• Proficiency in automated claims management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
