- Hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days in office)
- Annual salary of $41,000-$42000
- Inclusive insurance program, 100% paid by the company, after one month
- RRSP program (5% by employer with a 2% contribution of employee)
- 3 weeks vacation, 10 sick days and 3 personal days
- 8:30-5pm schedule
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry: enter bookings as required (for special projects or others) into the system;
- Provide documentation (PODs, BOLs, etc.) to clients as requested;
- Update clients’ web portals;
- Scan all client documentation related to bookings;
- Perform any other related tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or any other combination of experience and training deemed equivalent;
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative environment;
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Punctuality
- Strong ability to work as part of a team
- Good computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, AS400 environment (an asset)
- Good ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
