Responsibilities
- CNC Processing: Setting up, configuring, and running CNC machinery for milling, drilling, and cutting metal parts.
- Blueprint Translation: Reviewing industrial drawings and technical schematics to execute precise fabrications.
- Quality Inspection: Utilizing precision instruments—including gauges, micrometers, and calipers—to verify 100% component accuracy.
- Documentation & Organization: Maintaining an organized workspace while accurately logging production data and machine performance.
- Safety Ownership: Following strict workplace protocols and PPE guidelines to maintain a zero-incident environment.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Direct, hands-on history operating CNC machinery.
- Technical Literacy: Strong ability to read, interpret, and work from complex industrial blueprints.
- Precision Mindset: Exceptional mechanical aptitude and familiarity with fine measuring tools.
- Physical Demands: Comfort standing for the duration of your shift and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Language Skills: Full fluency in English, as all equipment manuals and safety documentation are in English.
