You will develop machining processes and program the CNC machines.
You will oversee production, monitor equipment, and anticipate potential technical malfunctions.
You will verify the conformity of finished parts using various precision measuring instruments.
You will contribute to achieving production goals by participating in the continuous improvement of processes.
You will define and formalize operating procedures to optimize the various stages of the machining process.
You will perform first and second-level preventive maintenance on production equipment.
Qualifications
You hold a DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent training, combined with relevant machining experience.
You can accurately read and interpret 2D technical drawings.
You are proficient in using production control tools such as calipers, comparators, and micrometers.
You are capable of managing production tracking autonomously.
You have a good knowledge of standard ISO programming for CNC machine tools.
Knowledge of aerospace quality standards (EN9100) is considered a major asset for this CNC Machinist (Setup Operator) position.
