Responsibilities
Collections and recovery:
Implement effective strategies to collect unpaid accounts receivable.
Make regular follow-up calls with customers to discuss overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
Use your diplomatic communication skills to manage difficult situations and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Information tracking:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, payment agreements and outstanding balances.
Use Excel and database tools to systematically organize and document relevant information for easy retrieval.
Qualifications
2 to 3 years' experience in collections or related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent oral and written skills in French and English
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid experience in customer relationship management
Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and respectful manner
Excellent time management skills and highly organized
