Responsibilities
Sous la responsable administrative,
- Traiter les faillites rapidement : analyse, réclamations sous 24h, assurer un suivi avec les syndicats
- Traiter les dossiers de recouvrement avec les agences externes, approuver les modalités.
- Gestion des dossiers de faillites
- Assurer le suivi des factures, les paiements et analyser les résultats.
- Préparer les dossiers juridiques et suivre l'évolution avec les cabinets
Qualifications
Voici les qualifications et compétences recherchées:
- Fortes capacités de négociations et de communication orale avec les clients
- Expérience : 1 à 2 ans ou plus dans un poste similaire, environnement juridique ou de recouvrement;
- Français/Anglais maîtrisés oral et écrit
- Compétences clés : esprit critique, diplomatie, autonomie, sens des priorités, rigueur et agilité avec la négociation.
