The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of property administration experience and strong hands-on knowledge of Yardi. You will play a key role in supporting the Property Management team and ensuring administrative processes are handled efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Property Management team
Maintain and update tenant files, lease documentation, and property records
Assist with accounts receivable/payable processes and invoice tracking
Prepare reports, tenant correspondence, and notices
Accurately enter and manage data within Yardi
Coordinate service requests and liaise with tenants and vendors as required
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in property administration (commercial experience preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Yardi (required)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work fully in-office, five days per week
