Responsibilities
Project Support: Guide clients through collections of marble, porcelain, and ceramics, as well as partner products (furniture, faucets).
Technical Expertise: Advise on materials adapted to Quebec standards (slip resistance, humidity, etc.).
Sales Management: Order entry, quotes, and follow-up.
Experience Management: Provide a high-end customer journey, from the initial meeting to the final selection.
Design Trend Monitoring: Master supplier catalogs and global interior design trends.
Qualifications
Passion for Design: You have an eye for aesthetics and understand the mid-to-high-end market.
Expertise: Previous experience in selling ceramics or noble materials is strongly desired for this specific role.
Attitude: High degree of autonomy, resourcefulness, and the ability to build long-term relationships of trust with clients.
Languages: Bilingualism is essential to serve a diverse clientele based outside of Quebec.
