Responsibilities

Set up and lead the new department dedicated to major residential projects.
Plan, organize, and supervise all site phases, from design to delivery.
Ensure project profitability through rigorous budget and schedule management.
Negotiate with strategic partners, city officials, and subcontractors.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to guarantee the highest quality standards.
Ensure legal, environmental, and regulatory compliance for every realization.
Represent the organization’s mission in strategic housing and urban planning files.
Optimize internal processes to foster continuous improvement within the department.
Qualifications
To succeed in this strategic role in Laval, you must meet the following criteria:
Hold a university degree in engineering, project management, architecture, or urban planning.
Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction or real estate field.
Possess at least 3 years of proven experience in team management and leadership.
Demonstrate deep expertise in residential projects (condos, rentals, multi-unit housing).
Master common project management software and Office suite tools.
Have excellent negotiation skills and ease with complex stakeholders.
