Manage regular communications with subcontractors, architects, professionals, and engineers.
Prepare, organize, and lead site meetings with various stakeholders.
Strategically negotiate and award various contracts to trades and suppliers.
Efficiently and quickly resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
Ensure strict and continuous application of health and safety standards on all work sites.
Qualifications

Academic background: Diploma in civil engineering, architecture, building technology, or any other training deemed relevant to construction.

Technical skills: Proficiency with basic software and digital tools necessary for site management.
