Qualifications
We are looking for a rigorous professional passionate about the retail sector who possesses the following:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in estimation within the construction field.
Demonstrated specialization or a strong interest in commercial tenant improvements.
An excellent ability to read, interpret, and dissect complex plans and specifications.
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for creating complex spreadsheets.
Great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Exemplary autonomy and a constant attention to detail to avoid costly errors.
A college or university degree in a relevant discipline (estimation, architecture, civil engineering, or equivalent).
