Work Structure
Full-time on-site position at the Administrative Centre in Dorval (Montreal). Candidate must be locally based in the Greater Montreal area.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Director and the leadership team within the Legal and Contracts group.
Manage calendars and email inboxes for supported leaders; coordinate meetings, reservations, and business travel logistics.
Draft and prepare internal/external correspondence, emails, and administrative documentation.
Prepare and audit expense reports (Concur) in accordance with company policies.
Compile and update databases (Excel) to generate operational reports and ensure thorough tracking of ongoing files.
Coordinate signature workflows and maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
Exercise sound judgment and initiative to plan and prioritize assigned tasks under minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant (legal background is not required).
Diploma in Office Automation, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fully bilingual in French and English (fluent written and spoken communication).
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tools like Concur.
Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple competing priorities, and work independently.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong team spirit, discretion, and professional judgment.
