Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the accounting department for our manufacturing sector client.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for our manufacturing partner.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process for the manufacturing sector client.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making for our client.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to provide exceptional service to our manufacturing partner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior financial management role, preferably as a Controller.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
