Reporting to the Manager Total Rewards, the Bilingual Coordinator, Payroll & Benefits is responsible for the effective and accurate administration of Firm-wide national payroll and benefits transactions for Staff and Lawyers.

Responsibilities
Acts as the primary point of contact for all payroll inquiries.
Processes payroll transactions, including overtime sheets, special deductions, reimbursements, statutory holidays, bonus payments, and salary increases (including retros).
Ensures accuracy of employee payroll information in the system.
Assists with the year-end payroll process (T4s, Relevé 1).
Assists with group insurance plans, pension plans, and collective RRSP.
Qualifications
Excellent bilingualism, with a high level of French both orally and in writing, and a good level of English (8/10).
DEP, AEC, DEC in an accounting-related field.
A minimum of 2 to 5 years of payroll experience.
Professional certification (ACP) from the National Payroll Institute (an asset).
Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Experience with the UKG (Ultipro) system is an asset.
Great attention to detail and proactivity.
Experience in a fast-paced environment (an asset).
