Your Day-to-Day:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to clients.
- Answering inquiries with clarity, empathy, and care.
- Collaborating with the internal team to ensure prompt and flawless follow-up on files.
Location: Laval
Position Type: 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension and permanency)
Schedule: Flexible day shift, Monday to Friday 35 hours/week (your choice of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Salary: $22 to $26 / hour (depending on experience)

Handle approximately 180 calls per day.
Identify customer needs and transfer them to the appropriate department.

Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in standard office software.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required to serve clients outside of Quebec.
Experience in a call center environment is an asset, but training will be provided.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the duties, which involve frequent communication with clients or partners outside of Quebec.
