As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the voice of the company to our clientele. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent communication with customers in order to accurately meet their needs. You will make it a point of honor to provide them with attentive, professional, and resolutely solution-oriented advisory service. Additionally, you will actively collaborate with the team to optimize file processing and perfect the daily management of inquiries.
📍 Location: Downtown Montreal
đź’Ľ Status: 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension and permanent hire).
đź•’ Flexible Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM OR 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (35 hours/week).
đź’° Salary: $22 to $26 / hour, depending on experience.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required to serve clients outside of Quebec.
Experience in a call center environment is an asset, but training will be provided.
