As a Customer Service and Yard Operations Clerk in Laval, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations. You’ll be responsible for order entry, invoicing, inventory tracking, and logistics management in the distribution yard.

Responsibilities

Enter customer orders into the management system and handle administrative follow-up.
Prepare quotes and invoices, and provide exceptional B2B customer service.
Rigorously track inventory in Excel and double-check it on-site.
Operate a forklift in the yard (approximately 2 days per week) to load and unload materials.
Send daily inventory reports to business partners.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Practical experience in customer service and, ideally, in a warehouse or yard setting.
Demonstrated ability to operate a forklift (certification is a plus).
Proficiency with computer tools (MS Excel) and the ability to quickly learn management software.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and attention to administrative detail.
Functional bilingualism (French and English).
Justification for the Language Requirement (English)
Proficiency in English is required for this position due to daily communications with suppliers, carriers, and customers located outside of Quebec, as well as the use of international logistics platforms.
