This position is mainly back-office operational support for the Sales Channel and Credit Underwriting function. Your primary focus will be on reviewing, updating, and analyzing all credit documentation for adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The role requires working within a rotational shift structure to manage high volumes and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
Schedule: Rotational Shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Mandatory weekend coverage (one Saturday every 4 to 5 weeks).

Responsibilities
Document Compliance & Review: Provide operational support by meticulously reviewing, updating, and analyzing all credit documentation for accuracy and strict adherence to all regulatory and internal requirements.
Transaction Processing: Complete a wide range of responsibilities associated with RESL products, involving multi-step processes across various systems and applications.
Data Integrity: Ensure complete and accurate data input into the origination system, supporting the preparation of loan documentation and facilitating quality control analysis.
Partner Support: Provide guidance and support to business partners on a broad range of credit products, resolving operational issues promptly and effectively, and escalating non-standard activities as necessary.
SLA Adherence: Prioritize and manage individual workload to meet required SLA requirements for service and productivity, demonstrating exceptional time management skills.
Risk Mitigation: Understand and apply credit operating policies and procedures to complete investigations and report/escalate risk issues or process gaps identified.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Bilingualism: Mandatory fluency (verbal and written) in both French and English.
Experience: Previous experience in a professional or corporate environment.
Core Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and robust problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to Location: Must be local to Montreal and fully commit to the mandatory 4-days per week on-site requirement and the rotational schedule.
Education: Post-secondary education.
Desirable Qualifications
Previous experience with mortgage lending concepts or the Real Estate Secured Lending product suite.
Experience working with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in a high-volume processing environment.
