Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Manage and maintain customer accounts, delivering an exceptional service experience
Process customer orders, backorders, returns, and exchanges through CRM/ERP systems
De-escalate customer concerns and troubleshoot product or service issues effectively
Communicate with internal departments (logistics, sales, billing) to resolve customer inquiries and emergency shipments
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account updates, and transaction details
Adhere to all company procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
Qualifications
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in a customer service, client support, or call center role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and familiarity with CRM software
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence when handling difficult situations
Capable of consistently producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Flexible, adaptable, and eager to assist the team when needed
