Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification to closing deals
Process sales orders, prepare quotes, and input client information accurately into CRM/ERP systems
Build and nurture relationships with existing client accounts to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Conduct outbound calls and respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email
Collaborate with outside sales teams, customer service, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, logs, and account records in CRM software
Consistently achieve or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets
Qualifications
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or business development
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and building client relationships
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Exceptional communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in quote generation and order entry
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven team environment
