Whether you are based in Montreal-East or Pointe-Claire, you will play a vital role within the organization. As a true pillar of our customer service, you will ensure constant, compassionate, and fluid communication with our clients and field employees, while demonstrating strong listening skills, patience, and resilience.
Location: Montreal-East OR Pointe-Claire (based on your preference)
Status: Permanent position
Schedule: 35 hours / week (excellent work-life balance)
Salary: Starting at $23 / hour (depending on experience)

Flexibility (Partial): You benefit from a flexible schedule where you choose your arrival time between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. (the chosen time then becomes fixed).

Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and emails
Handle file opening and follow-ups
Maintain client relations, demonstrating the necessary patience and resilience
Detail-oriented and rigorous: Manage multiple data sets simultaneously, input information into the Maya software, and perform necessary updates to files.
Qualifications
Bilingualism (French/English) is essential for daily communication with English-speaking clients based outside of Quebec.
Experience in phone-based customer service.
Ability to work under pressure.
Patience and resilience.
Note: Employment is conditional upon a criminal background check.
